I have stayed in this hotel consistently since 1992. The staff teats me as an honored guest at all times. They are personally accommodating and very cordial at all times. There attitude is always friendly and I am greeted with a genuine smile. I am a good customer and they always treat me like they appreciate my business. That keeps me coming back.“

“I used this hotel for a Christmas Party for the Autism Society of Dallas. We had over 350 guests and Embassy Suites opened two additional rooms for us and it worked beautifullly. They took care of decorations, set up, food, entertainment equipment, etc. with extreme skill. I had so many comments on the professional service and friendly atmosphere. I couldn't leave out the wonderful food buffet the chef created. I plan to have this event there again next year.“

“We stayed for leisure because it was close to many events. Hotel was extremely clean and excellent service, with good food. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful.
We took advantage of the amenities, such as the pool and fitness center. I recommend for fun or business.“

“I was stayed at your Hotel on April 23rd and April 24th and I come up there several times a year and stayed at other fine quality Hotel and suites and when I stayed at the "Embassy Suites" I found that it was the best ever and the staff treated me as family and the rooms were so very clean as if I was at home and if I called from my room for any problem they would give it their personal attention as if I was the only one staying there and if I was traveling any where in the world I would request and book the "Embassy Suites" and this is my Hotel that I am becoming a family with and never again I want to stay at any other Hotel establishment because your my family family to me and my wife.“

We recently stayed 2 nights at the Embassy Suites-Love Field. It is by far one of the best Embassy Suites we've stayed in... and we've stayed in numerous ones all over the U.S. The suite we were assigned was exactly as we requested, i.e. floor with view of city; everything was immaculately clean, the decor was beautiful throughout the hotel. What really impressed me was that ALL the staff we encountered (even those just passing in the corridor) had a smile on their face and greeted us! During the breakfast period, when the seating area started filling up, a manager immediately opened the seating in the adjacent restaurant to provide extra seating. I especially like the fact that the breakfast was served until 10:30 AM on weekends when so often it stops at 10 AM. Initially I had been concerned that since this hotel is so close to Love Field, we might be able to hear flight noise“

“My family & I had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff is very helpful and professional. The room was clean and quiet. It is located minutes away (driving) from Love Field & a little farther from the North Park Mall in an upscale office park in a transition area between upper middle class Preston & a working class Hispanic neighorhood. The neighborhood appeared safe and the hotel has security that patrols the premises. The hotel does show some minor signs of age but is extremely well maintained. The breakfast was very good. The only significant negative was that I had to pay for internet service ($10/day). Parking is free.“

“I travel a lot on business and stay in 3-4 star hotels all the time. Really liked this Embassy Suites and would recommend it to anyone. Great value and quality for a family of 5, the kids loved it. Room was clean, roomy and quiet and the bed was firm but soft enough. The atrium is appealling and the complimentary breakfast was a cut above most others that I have experienced. The indoor pool and hot tub were working and enjoyable, although the exercise room leaves a little to be desired. Only thing on my "wish list" for this hotel would be to have a second elevator so you didn't have to wal so far from the far side of the building - but that's being pretty picky.“

“As always, my 2 night stay at the Embassy Suites Hotel was top notch. The service provided by the staff made me feel like I was the most important guest staying at the hotel. The meals are always delicious regardless if it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and my room always exceeeds my expections.

There is no other place I'd rather stay when traveling than at the Embassy!“

I stayed at this hotel in January with some friends who flew in from North Carolina, and it was AMAZING! Great Service, especially the staff at the desk. They we're so accomodating and friendly. It was a great location, right next to the airport. Now im horrible with directions, but the woman who answered the phone when I called gave me easy to understand help and was so nice when I couldn't understand where I was going. The food in the restarant was great too, and the staff was equally kind. I loved my experience at this embassy, and its definatly one of my favorites!“
